Push Notifications
Prior to my time at Touch of Modern, pushes were typically written in a singular manner with product specification-heavy messages.
This approach gave users a deep dive into products but were often quite wordy, formal, and had a limited reach in terms of driving opens and GMV.
I experimented with a different approach to pushes and found success with short, informal, and intriguing messages that obscured the product being featured. This strategy has increased the overall performance of daily pushes.

Each screen below includes different performance and category criteria (left to right): top 10 opens, exclusive luxury products, and short intrigue-focused pushes.
